My name is pronounced Ash-lingAshling.

I am currently a PhD candidate in the School of Computing and Information at the University of Pittsburgh.

As a practitioner/scholar of the information sciences, I engage in research related to information organization, digital preservation, interactive narrative production, and usability. I am motivated to improve access to cultural assets through the analysis of user interfaces, knowledge networks, and sustainability strategies.

I am also a printmaker.
